What we do

Our Services

We offer an end to end service allowing for a simple decision and a smooth transiition

Consultation

We meet with you onsite to gain an understanding of your current energy profile, what initiatives have been undertaken in the past, what are the goals and priorities of the instituion.

Assessment

We will conduct a full assessment of your premises to record the quantity, style and wattage of every light fitting.  We will discuss and provide advice on practical or more complex options when it comes to upgrading conventional light fittings.

Proposal

We talk you through the results of the assessment and explain how the numbers stack up.  Projects are delivered under a pay-as-you-save model, where the capital cost is repaid from the energy cost savings over an agreed term (typically 5 years). This ensures clients remain cashflow neutral or positive throughout the repayment period.

Execution

Once we have agreement on the project, we provide end-to-end project management, from design and procurement through to installation and warranties ensuring quality outcomes with minimal disruption to your operations.
